QNAP Warranty:
- To obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) you need to submit a support ticket describing the product issues to QNAP and once QNAP confirms the product is defective, they will initiate the RMA process and provide you with an RMA number which you can provide us HERE (as shown in the process flow chart below). QNAP Extended Warranty:
- For any questions about the warranty extension, please submit your support request from QNAP Service Portal. You will need to have a QNAP account in order to access the QNAP service portal. You can create one from here.
- Below are the steps to get your extended warranty afyter you create your QNAP account
1- Create your QNAP account or login.
2- Register your product after you login.

For QNAP Branded Products Manufacturer’s Warranty:
Coverage: NAS Marketplace provides a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for QNAP branded products for a specific period from the date of purchase.
Services Provided: Under this warranty, the defective product will either be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
General Terms Applicable to All Products:
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or external causes such as natural disasters.
Claim Process: Customers must contact QNAP Shop support during the warranty period for validation and to facilitate any necessary repairs or replacements.
Limitations: The warranties provided do not cover any incidental, consequential, or special damages. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty.
